Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in business/communications preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or admin support.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and CRM is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and written correspondence.
• Handles inbound calls from internal and external customers, creating service cases and documenting interactions.
• Demonstrates empathy and active listening to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions.
• Resolves customer complaints, billing issues, and service-related concerns per policies.
• Maintains accurate customer records and case notes in the system.
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve complex issues for a seamless experience.
• Provides solutions and follows up to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintains productivity and service quality standards in interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned and keeps regular attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
