Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Google Suite, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platform, CRM systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and written correspondence with courteous, professional interaction.
• Handles inbound calls, creates service cases, and documents interactions accurately.
• Demonstrates empathy and active listening to understand concerns and provide solutions.
• Resolves billing issues and service-related concerns per policy.
• Maintains customer records and case notes with complete documentation.
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Provides solutions within service timeframes and follows up on resolutions.
• Meets productivity and service quality standards; maintains reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to policies.
