Alaska Marine Trucking in Juneau is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our local team. You will handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries, process Bills of Lading, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret tariffs and manuals.
• Strong communication with managers, customers and the public.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Answer a variety of customer information requests in person, by phone and email.
• Process Bills of Lading for receiving, review bills for complete information, assign codes and instructions as required.
• Carry out all duties with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
