The position runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on accurate order entry in Printsmith and Printspeak and delivering product knowledge to customers. We value reliability, collaboration, and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and in-person visits.
• Convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
• Act as an external educator to our community and customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team per company policies.
• Provide information, take orders, cancel accounts, or resolve complaints by phone or in person.
• Enter orders accurately in Printsmith and Printspeak and track open jobs.
• Determine charges for services and arrange billing as needed.
• Attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting other offerings.
