AlphaGraphics Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the main contact for customers by phone and in person, handling high call volumes and in-person visits. You will convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities while ensuring customer requirements are met.

You will join a small, fast-paced team that values collaboration, reliability, and professional, courteous communication on every interaction.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional, courteous phone presence in high-volume environment.
• Customer service experience, assessing needs and meeting quality standards.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate order entry; training on Printsmith/Printspeak.
• Desire to help people and resolve issues.
• Ability to weigh alternatives for best solution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers via calls and in-person visits.
• Convey expertise in products, services and capabilities to customers.
• Educate customers about offerings to community and clients.
• Communicate customer requirements to support team per policies.
• Take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints by phone/in person.
• Enter orders accurately in Printsmith and Printspeak; track open jobs.
• Determine charges, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting products.
