Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR), AlphaGraphics Las Vegas

Our tight-knit team at AlphaGraphics Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The CSR builds and maintains positive relationships with our customers by making sure their requirements and needs are met, and serves as the main point of contact for customers by phone and in person. This is a high-call-volume role.

Schedule and Reliability

This is a full-time position on a set schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required, and you'll be expected to arrive on time for every scheduled shift.

Daily Tasks

• Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls as well as in-person visits.
• Convey to customers our expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Enter orders accurately in Printsmith and Printspeak, follow written procedures, and keep track of open jobs.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting other products and services.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional, courteous phone presence in a high-volume call environment.
• Customer service experience, including assessing customer needs and meeting service quality standards.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately enter orders and follow written procedures. We train you on our software, Printsmith and Printspeak.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Problem-solving skills, including weighing alternative approaches to find the best solution.
