Job summary

Alphagraphics Boise is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist them in selecting products and services, and handle in-person and phone interactions. This foundational role offers development opportunities toward sales support and account management, with a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment.

Responsibilities include front counter service, answering calls, processing orders in the POS system, and providing accurate estimates and order entries.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and MIS systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person at the counter and at the front desk.
• Answer phones and identify callers, stating both your name and Alphagraphics.
• Process callers through the POS system, transfer or park calls as needed.
• Enter accurately priced estimates and orders in the POS system.
• Follow up on estimates and orders, and notify customers when orders are complete.
• Handle payments (cash, check, or credit card) and deposits at the front counter.
• Maintain front counter cleanliness and filing systems; log new customer contacts.
• Refer customers to inside sales when appropriate and train as back-up during holidays.
