Job summary

You will process orders, verify credit card transactions, enter orders into JD Edwards, coordinate with warehouse and logistics, and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and WooCommerce notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years clerical/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including invoicing and credit card verification.
• Enter orders into JD Edwards and update statuses.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WooCommerce notes.
• Handle order issues including delays, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
