Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between internal sales, supply chain logistics, quality, production and external customers. The role requires leadership in handling issues with high service levels, timely communication and problem resolution.

The position supports order processing, quotes, and POs, with a 12-month contract and potential extension. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexible start/end times discussed in interview.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains customer portal for quotes, purchase orders and quality notifications.
• Reviews RFQ requests to ensure documentation is complete before submission to Cost Estimating.
• Creates and submits quotes; communicates pricing negotiations between customer and business development.
