Job summary

PCC Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate order processing, and exceptional service. This temp-to-hire role offers potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

You will manage customer accounts, process orders with the WMS, respond to inquiries, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with operations to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on company systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Process orders and maintain customer records using company systems/WMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoices, and orders.
• Coordinate shipments, container dispatch/returns, and inventory activities.
• Communicate delays, discrepancies, and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet service expectations.
• Maintain account procedures and documentation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
