Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a customer service specialist to coordinate and perform various service functions for specific customers. The role requires a 40-hour work week with Saturday hours (9:30 a.m.–6 p.m.) and weekday shifts (11:30 a.m.–8 p.m.).

You will handle orders, credits, and maintain product knowledge to support customers. Expect working conditions typical of an office environment, with normal office tasks and a focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy in processing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of one year combined customer service experience and/or related education.
• Personal computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform customer service functions for assigned customers.
• Process orders, remakes, repairs, and status changes.
• Issue credits up to 250.00 per order.
• Maintain knowledge of SWF products, accounts, and systems.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
