Job summary

You will assist with pre-sales questions, process quotes and orders, track order status, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, production, and shipping to ensure a best-experience experience for customers.

• Monitor order status and communicate delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
