Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and administer repair workflows. You will liaise with customers and insurance companies, handle scheduling and documentation, and support the repair team with accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist and parts list.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
