Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Skokie, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will manage appointments, coordinate with CCC One and ARMS, and surface important information to the Repair Facility Team.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a similar role, and strong communication, multitasking, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administration/customer service role.
• Experience with CCC One and ARMS is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and other scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare repair order work packets with all required checklists.
• Document communications with customers and insurance partners in CCC One.
• Manage rental car information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Oversee ARMS entries and ensure consistency with CCC One.
