The role requires a high school diploma, about 1 year in a similar role, and familiarity with CCC One and ARMS systems. Attention to detail, multitasking under pressure, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar admin role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto/body repair/customer service.
• Knowledge of CCC One and ARMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs using CCC One and meeting scripts.
• Retrieve insurance authorizations and document repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One.
• Update rental and ARMS data in CCC One daily.
