Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional WOW experience. You will schedule vehicle repair appointments, coordinate with insurance partners, and prepare repair orders with the necessary documentation.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in an admin or customer-service role, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative or customer-service role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and daily planning tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS and ensure data consistency with CCC One.
