• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.

• Ability to deliver personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to ensure one-stop service.
• Monitor center work volume and advise load level adjustments.
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
