Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Spring Hill, FL, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for an in-office role. You will handle clerical tasks, answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries, and support daily operations in a patient-centered home healthcare setting.

Required: some college and at least one year of medical front-office experience (check-in/check-out) with strong communication skills. Availity/HH portal familiarity and eClinicalWorks preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency is

• Prior authorization experience via Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment.
• eClinicalWorks experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Location: This position is based in Spring Hill, FL and is an in-office opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist:

• Provide general office support and handle a variety of clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Some college (required)
• One year of medical office experience (required), including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones
• Prior authorization experience (specifically through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds)
• Ability to work in a high-call environment
• eClinicalWorks experience
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
