Concierge Home Care in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Clinical Team Support (Scheduling Coordinator) to organize patient visits, coordinate clinician schedules, and ensure smooth operations for our home health team.

This in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with growth opportunities, AHCA Level 2 background screening, and a benefits package including PTO, bonuses, and health/dental/vision coverage.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage.
• Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs.
• Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations.
• Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR.
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
• Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)

Compensation: negotiable,based on experience
