Location: Malvern, PA (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $20.00/hour

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for a fully onsite opportunity in Malvern, PA with a company in the construction and design industry.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming customer calls
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
