Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Wildomar, CA. This on-site role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, making high-volume outbound calls, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, gathering information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a professional and engaging approach
• Schedule appointments and provide information regarding products, services, or programs
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Handle customer inquiries and route calls as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and results

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the shift
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace when working remotely
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $22.00 per hour
