Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to support customers by ensuring timely, accurate service, handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role emphasizes on-the-job training, team collaboration, and diverse benefits.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and strong English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MAPADOC knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and sales staff and be the main contact for customers and staff.
• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by phone or email.
• Forward Sales leads to the appropriate teams.
• Investigate errors, file claims, intercept shipments, and confirm shipments.
• Perform data entry: processing orders, updating accounts, logging claims, pricing, reporting, MAPADOC tasks, emailing invoices, and handling faxes.
