UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a dependable Safety Compliance Specialist to join our Safety Training Department. You will facilitate CPR/First Aid and OSHA safety classes at client sites, travel to locations daily, and maintain training records using digital tools.

Ideal candidates bring CPR/First Aid instructing experience, strong customer service, and proven ability to upsell safety services. Competitive benefits and on‑the‑job training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years as a Safety Instructor for CPR/First Aid and OSHA classes preferred.
• Current AHA CPR/AED/First Aid instructor certification; state credentialing as required.
• Experience in sales and upselling safety-related products/services preferred.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for adult learners.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, Fire Extinguisher Safety and related safety trainings to customers.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations daily.
• Contact customers by phone and email to schedule training and upsell services.
• Maintain equipment and training materials.
• Record training details and complete required reporting.
• Collaborate with training center manager to set goals and outcomes.
• Support customers to maintain OSHA compliance.
