Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for customers. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests and providing support in a timely, professional manner to ensure total satisfaction.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing and claims, and actively contribute to selling Graybar goods and services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education; associate or bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle customer requests, providing timely support.
• Interact with customers on calls and written correspondence with professionalism.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and assist with product selection and application.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims.
