Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction by handling orders, requests and inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

In this role you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with product selection, process orders, pricing, expediting and billing, and support credit and claims while promoting Graybar goods and services on every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle requests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Take calls and written correspondence with follow-up on issues.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
