You will assist with product selection, pricing, and service requests while supporting billing, expediting, and claims processes. The position offers a daytime weekday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure total satisfaction.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence in a timely, professional manner with follow-up on issues.
• Actively promote Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and assist with product selection and application.
• Coordinate orders, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims as needed.
