Qualifications

• Strong phone and communication skills; ability to explain services and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries; learn about customers' projects and pricing.
• Coordinate schedules for craftsmen; maintain accurate job information.
• Follow up with customers and leads; work with office and field teams to run the day smoothly.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and confidently ask for the business.
