Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills for phone and written interactions.

• Track & maintain job scheduling data with Dispatch & ClientTether.
• Handle customer service requests & complaints professionally.
• Support craftsmen & office team.
• Keep data clean & organized for follow-ups and reporting.
• Meet or exceed sales & customer satisfaction goals monthly.
