Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and schedules; training provided.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Identify customer needs through listening and questioning.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update call details.
