Subarumemphis in Memphis, TN is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments.

• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department.
