Job summary

JIM KERAS SUBARU in Memphis is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our in-house call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours are 9 AM–6 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday per month to maintain work-life balance and a midweek day off. You will collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure smooth scheduling and update customer records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills are necessary.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
• Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
• Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
