Subarumemphis in Memphis, TN is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Your workweek will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a rotating Saturday each month. We offer a variety of perks including health insurance, career growth opportunities, and production bonuses to reward top performers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls, emails, and chats quickly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
• Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
• Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate, helpful information.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.

Requirements You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver's License.
