Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
• Manage all Port-a-Jon scheduling, pick-up, set-out, cleaning, and billing.
• Be first in line to answer all Port-a-Jon calls and assist with calls across other business lines.
• Maintain customer records and update ServiceTitan CRM systems.
• Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
