You will greet customers in person and over the phone, manage service calls, maintain records in ServiceTitanCRM, and assist with billing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
• Manage Port-a-Jon scheduling, pickup, set-out, cleaning, and billing.
• Answer Port-a-Jon calls and assist with other business lines.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
