Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
• May handle more challenging inquiries depending on experience and training.
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Influence Motion Industries' gross profit by negotiating sale and purchase prices within defined parameters.
• May adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing company profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and encourage repeat business.
