Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air in Marietta, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative who brings energy, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication to the front line of our busy field service teams. You’ll answer calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical appointments, coordinate dispatch, and maintain accurate records while delivering a friendly, proactive customer experience.

Full-time, in-person role in Marietta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and deliver a great customer experience.
• Schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams.
• Coordinate dispatch and keep technicians productive.
• Communicate appointment updates to customers.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance scheduling and membership renewals.
• Keep customer records accurate and organized.
• Work with dispatch, technicians, and management to keep daily operations smooth.
