Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and deliver an awesome customer experience.
• Schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams.
• Coordinate dispatching and keep technicians productive.
• Communicate with customers about appointment updates.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance scheduling and renewals.
• Keep customer records accurate and organized.
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and management to keep the day running smoothly.
