Job summary

Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air in Marietta, GA is hiring a Customer Service Representative who brings energy, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication to the front line of our busy field service teams. You’ll answer calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical appointments, coordinate dispatch, and maintain accurate records while delivering a friendly, proactive customer experience.

Full-time, in-person role in Marietta.

Responsibilities

We want someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps keep our customers and technicians moving!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Answer incoming calls and deliver an awesome customer experience
• Schedule service appointments for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams

• Work closely with dispatch, technicians, and management to keep the day running smoothly

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• POSITIVE ATTITUDE! We can teach systems, but we can't teach someone to care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a BIG PLUS!
• ServiceTitan experience? Even better!
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
