Job summary

Brad Rehfeldt - State Farm Agent in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an outgoing team member to provide friendly customer service, greet customers and help clients choose insurance options. You will use CRM to track leads and support sales goals, collaborating with the team to meet targets.

Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License within 1–2 months after starting, with costs covered by the agent.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service to current clients.

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and work together to attain sales goals both individually and as a team.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and generate reports.
