ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christopher Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Must have your License as an Insurance Producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MUST currently hold Insurance License.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or issues.
• Assist customer with cash handling processes and transactions as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the call center database.
• Communicate effectively with customer to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service or customer sales is preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
• Ability to handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using call software and other relevant technology.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
