Job summary

Telemark Diversified Graphics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to lead in the customer service department, collaborating with production, quoting, and shipping/warehousing. The role requires compassion for client needs and strong communication, math, and people skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems.

Position reports to the Vice President of Sales within a 53-year-old family-owned company.

Must have experience in showing compassion and understanding towards client's needs. Must have strong written, verbal communication skills, math and people skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and the use of a CRM system is a must.

Position reports to the Vice President of Sales of a 53-year-old, family-owned company. Telemark Diversified Graphics is a Printer and Converter of Thermal Paper for use in ATM, POS, KIOSK, Mobile and Ticket printers. Telemark supplies products around the country and around the world.
Position includes Health Insurance, 401K with Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays. Compensation based on experience.
