Job summary

AlphaGraphics - US651 is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our full-time team in The Woodlands, TX. The CSR will establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.

Prior print knowledge (1–3 years) is required as part of delivering accurate product and service information. Join a small, collaborative, fast-paced local team that values dependability and contribution to the company’s success.

Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US651 is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. One to three years Print knowledge is a must.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.

• Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

• Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
