Position Summary:

Reclamation Technologies USA is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position plays an integral part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal departments to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Enter orders and maintain accurate records
• Create and manage jobs in Service Fusion
• Assist with quotes and job setup
• Prepare and submit invoices and credit memos to customer AP
• Process customer applications and onboarding
• Generate BOLs, manifests, SDS, and required documents
• Provide standard customer updates
• Maintain filing and documentation
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy across systems (SF, QB, Access)
• Maintain customer account details (pricing, contracts, records)
• Track tanks, assets, and inventory
• Monitor order progress and follow up on delays
• Coordinate with operations to ensure order completion
• Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy
• Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, client support, or call center environment preferred.
• Experience with Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms is an asset.
