Job summary

sun west direct is seeking a responsive customer service representative for remote full-time work. You will learn quickly, multitask, disseminate technical information to homeowners, and provide clear, accurate answers.

Key duties include listening to customers, identifying needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction with excellent verbal and written communication. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour plus health, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems.
