Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls from customers, troubleshoot concerns, and elevate to the appropriate parties. The hours will fluctuate, totaling a 40-hour work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their vehicles.


• Transfer calls to appropriate parties, set appointments, and maintain follow-ups.


• Assist walk-in customers as needed.


• Update the CRM system with proper customer documentation.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail or food service.


• Ability to de-escalate upset customers and maintain customer satisfaction.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education Requirements:
