Job summary

Lucky Stars Roofing is hiring a high-energy Customer Service Representative to power our fast-growing sales engine in the United States. You’ll handle high-volume outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and book roofing appointments for our Sales Reps.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, rapid commission payouts, comprehensive benefits, PTO after 90 days, and clear paths for rapid promotion within a performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads and book roofing appointments for Sales Reps.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates per month.
