Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and book roofing appointments.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date ServiceTitan CRM records.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Collaborate with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates per month.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
