Planet Roof is seeking an Inside Sales / CSR Representative in Pittsburgh to drive appointment bookings and revenue. You will dominate calls, convert leads, and maintain clean CRM records, all while chasing ambitious KPI targets.

• 82%+ booking rate
• 120+ calls/day
• 20%+ aggregator conversion
• 100+ booked estimates/month

Compensation & Benefits

• $52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience)
• Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Commission: 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours
• Commission: 0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
