Kelly is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Weston, FL to join a premier medical technology organization. You will manage cases, assist with CT scan reviews, and help plan pre-operative procedures for hip and knee replacements in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce or MIMICS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce/MIMICS/Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating cases using a proprietary case management system.
• Reviewing CT scans for protocol conformity.
• Segmenting CT scans to create 3D anatomical models.
• Planning pre-operative surgical procedures for hip and knee replacements.
• Reviewing plans for accuracy and uploading to field personnel.
• Maintaining strict documentation and adherence to work instructions.
• Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor.

Compensation:$20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm, M-F, Overtime opportunities as needed

Location:Weston, FL – Onsite

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or above preferred)
• Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient in English and meet visual acuity requirements
