Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a premier company located in Avon, CT, to serve as the primary contact for health care members, providers, pharmacies, and other insurance carriers.

In this role you will assist with claim and prescription issues by phone and email, clearly explain benefits, document all member interactions, and use MS Outlook, Word, and Excel daily while navigating internal databases.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable navigating internal databases and web-based platforms.

Hours for this Customer Service Representative are 10:00am – 6pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm

Pay for this Customer Service Representative position is 19.00 per hour
